Ebay bargain - updated with new pics page 2!

Recommended Posts

I bet the person who sold it to you for £70 is kicking themselves! :lol:

You should take a photo of it showing all your hard work and send it to them - just to rub it in!! :lol:

this made me laugh :lol::lol:

thats a seriously good restoration you've done there..

All it needs now is some patchwork chicken fabric seat covers and half a dozen Omleteers round it. :)

yes that would look fab!

OR :idea:

you could do all the cushions and make a table cloth and place mats and then bung it all back on ebay and make a small fortune! :lol:

:lol::lol::lol: What are you lot like! I don't have time to make myself a bag let alone a full set of seat covers, tablecloth and placemats :lol: But I could manage an Omlet tea party ... always time to socialise :D

But I've no oil left and have a serious case of RSI in my right arm after sanding it for 4 hours solid on Tuesday :?:roll: So no more restorations for a while (until the next bargain appears on ebay :wink: ) :lol:

It looks great.

I am :mrgreen: as I freecycled my old ( 4 years old) hardwood patio set about a month ago as the wood was looking awful, having been left outside all that time & only oiled once :oops:

I didn't realise I could have cleaned it all up- next time I'll ask on here.

:wall:
