One Man Banned
I think the school has just had an education in Parent Power! Well Done Kate. Don't you feel good - poor Seb though - the heat's really on him now A
red
Well sone KateA - that's great news I'd be very interested to know how many others end up doing the Spanish GCSE - have you had some support of any other parents or do they not know yet? Linda
Well done Kate! You made that happen, so I hope you feel suitably proud of yourself. I'm sure there will be other parents who are so grateful to you for making a stand.
Cate in NZ
Thanks all, I've got to admit that I am pretty pleased. But, as Annie P said huge credit to the school. They listened to my complaint, acknowledged that I had a point and are running a GCSE course that isn't actually economically viable for my son, because I said that it was important to us. I was expecting a real fight and had privately been working out compromises, private tuition and the like, but none of that was necessary. So well done Kemnal Technology College..... they really did listen and put our needs first And as Andrew said, no pressure at all on Seb now That boy is going to have to pass this GCSE come hell or high water
