Just wanted to show you this picture of my four broody's back in April - I know it's taken me an age to put the picture on the site but I thought I'd lost my camera.

my lot refuse to share the nest box, I wish mine were like yours, my girls will stand outside on the ladder bokking to the top of their beaks until the hen gets out the nestbox before laying an egg.

How on earth do you cope with 4 broodys at a time?

 

It must be like belonging to the Grumpy Old Ladies' club.

Four broody all at once. It'd be like my office when we all get to "that" time of the month at once, heaven help everybody

 

Mine won't share the nest box and one day I watched as there was one in the box, one on the roosting bars, one on the ladder and one doing an urgent shuffling dance in the run. All worked out in the end, but it was a mad dash from the final one.
