Joojoo
Me too! Didn't even dare to pop to the loo Well done to both of them. It was such a shame that one of them had to lose!
rachel m
great match, one of the best ever!!! must say i felt sorry for the mixed doubles which was meant to be on after but got moved to court one and had an audience of less than 100 by the look of it. i guess it is good that they got it all finished in the end (i used to love going on the extra monday for free when i was at school and watching the doubles finals!!!) chickencam
Wow what a match I really felt for Federer it would have been good to see him win his record 6th title after such a match. Having said that Nadal played some of the best tennis I have ever seen and was a well deserved champion and a gentleman to boot. A very good match for both tennis and sport in general
Guest
Fantastic game - was absolutely glued from start to finish - cheering Rafa all the way...
jlo
I had no real preference as to who should win but the tennis was just fantastic. A bit of a relief that it finished last night as it would have been a bit of an anti-climax if it had gone on today - especially with the weather forecast!! Egluntyne
I had no preference either...I like them both. I loved the way Rafa leapt onto the roof to greet the Spanish Royalty!
Lesley
I had no preference either - what a great match! We watched the GP..... and then the Tennis..... ...and managed to forget the Tour de France Never mind, just the TdeF to concentrate on now! Faye&Ant
Well I have a soft spot for Rafa so wanted him to win It was a fantastic game, can't wait til the re-match next year!
ubereglu
It was really exciting. I do kind of wish that Federer won though, I think it was that last rain break which made him loose his concentration. Oh well, he's still no. 1 in the world and he does already have 12 titles. I'd absolutely love it if he beat Pete Sampras' record of achieving 14 titles, and the way he's going I'm sure he will...he's only 27!
