moochoo
After waiting, patiently for my plastic roosting bars they arrived today. Not only a day earlier then expected but completely shattered. If you have a set you'll realise it's probably a tricky job to break them as they're really sturdy but it looks like they've been driven over by a forklift! Thank goodness that Omlet are a decent company, a quick phone call to them and a new set are on the way. I know Night-fright are probably a competitive firm but at what cost? chickencam
Don't talk to me about Night Freight, when they delivered my run extension the clips were missing and the box was hanging together by a thread and soaking wet . Luckily the run extension itself was in one piece.
Stevie
Thats odd cos i ordered an Eglu refresher kit few weeks back and it was delivered (intact) by Royalmail. The roosting bars are also very well packaged in cardboard so any damage really must be intentional. Helly Welly
My bars were just in a plastic bag but thankfully all in one piece.
Chickvic
My bars were just in a plastic bag but thankfully all in one piece. As did mine yesterday! I also ordered a super glug and fun shade and thankfully everything was there and in perfect condition.
prettychic
I ordered the refresher kit & this came by Royalmail. I assume if you order plastic bars for the cube, this must come by Nightfreight as its bigger??
chelsea
Nightfreight came a day early again! My run extension and omlet netting were due tomorrow, he's just turned up with it today, lucky for them (and not me) am off work with sprained ankle so I was here to accept the parcel. They were a day early with my last eglu. Dont they have calendars at Nightfreight?
