My MIL's sister was smoking 60-80 a day and has given up and is feeling fantastic for it MIL said also that she looks younger for having done it

But what use is a good memory when you are laying in a hospital bed? To remember all the good times before you bacame life-threateningly ill I suppose!

Its amazing how it affects some people, like people who have never smoked yet die of cancer through passive smoking. But people like my grandad who smoked from the age of 14 > 75 then died at 102 with absolutely no damage from it what so ever (he was a tobacconist).

 

I've never smoked & wouldn't - had enough cancer treatment as it is thanks! But I am a QUIT councellor if anyone needs a nudge in the right direction!
