dancing cloud
My little scallopini squashes (may also be known as pattypan) are growing very nicely and I have no idea what to do with them when they are ready for harvesting. I know what to do with big squashes, but what about the little 'uns? All (polite) suggestions welcomed with thanks!

Tara.F
use as would courgettes ratatouille, courgette cake, pasta sauce, just google courgette recipes and use your pattypans instead. No need to peel them, They are at their best when 3 inches across
dancing cloud
I grew them because they were easy and they look so cute - like little yellow pies - without thinking what I was going to do with them all and I've got 5 or 6 ready to use. Thanks for the tips (especially about not peeling them) and they now won't go to waste.
