BarbaraJ
Amber has been in since early yesterday morning. I'm off to Broadstairs for the weekend tomorrow and don't really want her to be left for my teens to sort out. how do i know whether shes ready to come out? she seems less noisy
Stevie
I leave mine in until they're not broody which normally takes around 4-5 days with my Pepperpot. When she stops making that fast paced 'boc boc' noise-then she comes out.
Ain't Nobody Here
You won't know if she's ready until you see her behaving normally . If you're only away for a couple of days, you can always start again when you get back. We were away for 10 days while Molly was broody and it only took 3 days and nights to sort her out.
