Does anyone on here use the above Internet security and if so are you pleased with it....I am having problems with my Norton on my desktop and this one has a good review? Any feed back appreciated

Ditch Norton now! Is is really rubbish, there are several free ones that are better than the ones you buy in the shops. I recommend Avast! and AVG

 

To remove Norton completely download this, Remove Norton FIRST!

Get rid of Norton causes more problems that it protects.

Kaspersky very good my son and better half use it with no problems.

I use AVG (free edition) and have had no problems with it.

I also use AVG free edition- really good. Got scammed (diff post)whilst a Norton user - hate it.

I switched to the free AVG last year at the recommendation of omletteers. Computer is much faster now and had no problems since.

I used AVG and recently updated to 8.0 but am wishing that I were back with the free edition. I kept getting things to say that it wasn't going to update so I have paid £39 for a year's subscription and don't find it nearly as easy to use as the 7.0

I use AVG free edition on the laptop, but not on the PC as Rosie uses that and I want to have parental control enabled. I want to speak to my techie mate next time my Norton licence comes up for renewal and see what he thinks... I may well buy into the more advanced version of AVG.

A Norton trial came free with my laptop but when it expires I'll be moving to Kaspersky because you can get it free if you bank online with Barlcays.
