You go for it Helen - you can enter in either the running or walking class, but it's ok to start running then walk too. There are women of all ages and levels of fitness doing the race, including a lovely disabled lady, who does it each year with a couple of helpers; she completes it a couple of hours, everyone who has stayed on for a pcinic stands and cheers her up the last hill and over the line - the atmosphere is fantastic.
