Sorry I know I could have joined another thread, but I've moaned so much already. BUT, wait for it.............

we've had a egg today!!

I feel like the mother of the mother - so am I a grandmother??! I am so proud. 5 days of Flubenvet, all the hens are redder and today Mistress Mabel laid her first egg which weighed in at a healthy 41g.
