riane
Hi all, not been around much since July. Our new house is finally geting sorted and we now have a comfy sofa to sit on and a internet connection that lasts more than 5 minutes. We have had a very busy summer working on the house and land. We have been clearing the hedges and filling in the gaps. We planted 21 trees on Saturday... We have also got a sit on mower which is great fun trundling up and down cutting the grass. The diggers are moving in in a few weeks to dig out a parking area and level a few lumps and bumps where we cant get the mower. The chickens love it and we are setting up a animal area for the rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. So we have resisted getting more animals until we are sorted to prevent to much moving around. But I dont think I can wait too much longer as the cube keeps whispering to me everytime I open the omlet website...buy me!! I have invested in a roomba to hoover downstairs and am keeping fit running up and down the other two floors with the dyson . (lived in a bungalow before!) Now I have gone back to work (summer went far too quick!) I have got a cleaner in to do the bathrooms and kitchen, we have 6 toilets now! Its a full time job just checking they are flushed and the seat is down. Anyway its been great catching up with you all. Sorry I misssed the Manchester meet it looked good fun if rather wet. Eglutine please call if you are visiting Clowne! Or any of you are welcome x

KimmyCustard
Thats another thing I cant live without, a sit on lawn mower! They call to me every time I go in B and Q, although as our garden is only 100 feet long, I think OH wont go for one (spoilsport) The trees sound lovely as do your 6 toilets. One Man Banned
Glad to hear you're settling in well Sit on lawnmowers eh? Just finished working for my best friends mower business - got to drive loads of them, and fell off the ramps with one on Friday as they were wet, brakes stopped it a bit quick and it slid off - a moment of....."I hope the customer can't see me now!!" I longed for the day of moving to a big house with lots of land, but our circumstances are a lot different now with my partner (ish) and I - I've got myself a flat above said friends mower shop and the outdoor mower storage area!! A xx
