rachel19
Oh how about cheese straws...........they always taste soooooo good Or cheese on toast with a difference...........if you put tomato ketchup on your bread and then cover it with cheese, onion, peppers etc and then stick it under the grill it makes a very nice quick pizza type thing........hmmmm actually might make for lunch! I make that pizza toast thing, only with either tomato puree or pesto on the bread Then I add a few toms (tinned are best as they are squishy),some cheese,an olive or 2,sprinkle the cheese & grill....YUM!!! theherd123
I make this with the kids at school its quick & ease but v fattening! Roll out some puff pastry, spread some mustard all over pastry, sprinkle on a few different grated cheeses, add some fresh herbs, roll up pastry into a long sausage, cut like swiss roll and put on baking tray, pop in oven and they are done when brown. Best eaten warm.
