Mel (& Paul)
Martin - thanks for your pm from BHWT - but you asked (& Paul) if he coud help with technology He makes me look like a computer wizzz I do have photos and hopefully this weekend I will have time to upload them, but will need help Ohh, and we had three eggs on Sunday and three on Monday - we arent eating them yet - but we cracked a couple open for the dogs to eat - VERY pale yolks and the whites are bit cloudy - not to worry, lots of corn, greens and bio yoghurt will soon have them fit and strong
Martin B
That mean I'll have to wait 2 weeks to see them!

The Dogmother
Try giving her some Avipro Mel, that usually bucks them up pretty fast. How is she this morning?
Mel (& Paul)
Hi Guys Well she seems ok - I just wonder if it is the heat. Tumnus, aka Miss Fluffy Knichers seems to be coming out as the bully and Fledge appears to be the bottom of the pecking order. Sometimes Tumnus wont let Fledge out of the eglu, so we have to push her out and tell Tumnus off They are all eating (Tumnus and Reepicheep seem to be the greediest) and drinking, but they are still not convinced corn / peas / strawberries / brocolli etc. are treats We have been giving them bio yoghurt, but have some avripo so will do that too Still getting three eggs a day from them - but not sure who isnt laying - possible Fledge
The Dogmother
They sound happy enough considering the weather - it must all be so weird for them Still giving the eggs to the woggles? I couldn't bring myself to eat the eggs either if I had ex-batteries. How long will you give it before eating them?
Mel (& Paul)
Well, we checked the eggs yesterday and the yolks are definitely getting there - much more yellow!!! I think we will give it a couple of weeks - we cant give the dogs every day - think of the cholesterol! - but I do hate to "waste" them. The Dogmother
It's a real dilemma, but I couldn't eat them either, not when they are 'tainted' by the battery
