earthmam1
So sorry to hear you news, sending you lots of hugs. The same thing happened to my OH a couple fof years back aged 56. He had a highly stressful and well paid job but is now working in an entirely different direction helping students in a university - not as well paid but I have a different,, happy, not stressed OH. I am sure things will get better

Old Speckled Hen
I'm so sorry about your Dad. Might be able to help with your puss. When my old boy showed identical symptoms he had a small dose of phe"Ooops, word censored!"arbitone daily. It controlled the fits and a side effect was to make him hungry. Diazepam has a similar effect but doesn't last as long so you have to dose three times a day. Kept him going for a year and although he was thin and thirsty I think he had a good quality of life. Might be worth asking your vet. Best of luck
craftyhunnypie
My cat is miracle cat today! Last night she slept on my pillow purring away. I had a wonderful nights sleep. Today, she asked for food, has asked for wees & is like the old Holly we knew! Dad has applied for a job already, closing date Friday. Today, I smiled because Muffin one of my pekins wandered in the kitchen as cheeky as anything. So little ( a micro chook) but bold as brass! I loved it.
