Mrs Frugal Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 A word of warning to anyone thinking of ordering Uggs direct from Australia. I sent the boots I ordered from Uggstore.com.au back today and it's cost me over £40 to do so . Uggstore refund the cost of the boots but minus the delivery charge (£10) and take another 15% "restocking fee". To send the package back, the post office charged me £10.30 and I've also been unable to claim back the £11.08 customs fee. Expensive boots which I'm not even keeping . The Uggstore boots are far narrower than most Ugg style boots so if you have wide feet, don't order them as you can't try them on first.
