Up for auction is a present I got for Christmas last year. Although I like the picture it doesn't suit our house, you would have thought the OH could have worked this out but apparently not! It has not been displayed, rather it has been hidden out of the OHs way so he could forget giving it to me. I figured now is the time to sell so it can raise some money for the Battery Hen Welfare Trust.

PM me with your bid and I will tell you whether or not you are one the highest bidder. If you are outbid, I will let you know and you have the option to bid again if you want. The highest bidder will win the picture. ALL money raised will go to the BHWT.

 

Bidding will end at 9pm, Saturday 22nd November and will be posted as soon as payment is recieved so it will arrive well before Christmas if you want it as a pressie.

Postage should only be a couple of £s but I'll be paying that it won't come out of the money paid by the winner, all of the price bid will go to the BHWT.

Sorry for being thick, but just wanted to clarify. I take it's the highest bid sent in that wins and not just the last bid entered.

That's right, the highest bid wins.

If someone pms a bid to Shirl but she has a higher one already she'll reply to let the person know.

Of course, she'll also let the person know if their bid is successful.

Presumably you then let that person know if they are outbid do you Shirl?
