Thank you Omletina, that means alot. I'm glad your Asa is till doing so well.

 

I got a sympathy card from the vets yesterday, it was handwritten and wishing me deepest sympathy on the loss of my companion. It made me cry again, but I thought it was very sweet of them to send it and treat her the same as everybody elses pets.

 

Thank you to everybody who has sent me kind thoughts and wishes since I lost my darling girl, every single one has helped and meant a lot.

Mostin, she IS the same as everybody elses pets. She was certainly no less important and your loss was no less painful. Its quite right that the vet treated you the same. Some people may not understand..... its them thats got it wrong.

Thanks Hen, feeling a lot better this week and enjoying my other ladies. Had a bit of a scare as I thought I had lost another girl last night , read this thread:

but all was well in the end .

 

Moved them round to a new bit of the garden this afternoon and we all had a lovely time chickening around. "Ooops, word censored!"ody seems to be the new Boss Girl yet, it's all very peaceful. Fingers crossed it stays that way .
