I've had none since the change and I was wondering if "Ooops, word censored!"ody loves me or if there has perhaps been some sort of glitch in the system. It changed a few days ago and then said gifts only show up after you've accepted them and since then the only gift I've had has been from The King. I'm still sending gifts out to you guys so most of you should have recieved some from me - if it's working correctly. Now this is a joint mother son activity the gifts are very important to us - he thinks they are great especially when we get told some are specifically for him - there are 3 horses on our farm that are "his". Guest Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 OK - I just searched the PANTS forum on facebook and found out I had LOADS of gifts. If you havn't seen yours lately you need to follow the very clear (NOT) instructions below. 1. Click ACCEPT on ONLY ONE item on your Facebook notification/requests page 2. Let the myFarm gift acceptance page open 3. Click 'Accept All' near the top of the page 4. then you can a) go back to your Facbook notification/request page and accept by clicking fast OR b) just leave them there MYFARM GIFT ACCEPTANCE PAGE This is what you get at the page that opens after you click 1 accept... You have # unaccepted gifts. 'Go back to your requests' to accept your gifts individually or 'click here' to accept all of your gifts immediately. Click on the "click here" in blue to ACCEPT ALL. If you are accepting gifts 1 by 1, you have to let the myFarm gift acceptance page load in between each accept click on the Facebook page. I'll go and have a fiddle over there later. Glad James is enjoying the farm too. I'm going to have enough for a barn or woodshed soon too! Not a lot of point in a chicken coop until they start laying eggs is there, just looks pretty but can't help you make money so I'll leave that till last. James gets rather bored with reaping, plowing and sowing but he has a little go and as I said he gets very excited by finding we have gifts although when we send gifts he doesn't entirely understand that we are not sending osmeon "his" horse! The picture of my farm loads up but I can't do anything with it as the icons in the bottom corners don't appear. Any suggestions anyone? We have the right flash player thingy. Nicola H Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 Looney when you visit your farm does it say you are visiting a friends farm, if so click on the my farm icon at the top and it will upload your farm and then you can add your gifts........You have probably already tried this, not sure what else to suggest. quickcluck the chickens are not laying eggs yet that feature is supposed t be coming soon then you should be able to sell eggs..... I'm a Facebook Luddite, but joined up cautiously to see if I might use it socially sometime in the future. I'm delighted to have many Omleteer friends there, please do continue to add me! But, I won't be starting a farm or sending gifts, I just know I won't get anything done if I start on there! (I can use the saved time chatting on the forum ) So sorry to everyone who has sent things & been ignored. It's not personal, I've ignored everyone, but thought I should explain, it feels rude to ignore gifts . Oh, and the same applies to joining other groups.
