CannyCat
I was just talking with a friend at work about the prospect of getting an eglu and some chickens, when a co-worker interrupted and said, "oh, I've got one of them! So easy to keep clean, very convenient..." What a small world! I wonder if there are many cupboard eglu owners out there?!
The Dogmother
LOADS Cannycat! I met a chap at a car boot sale who had an Eglu and chooks, it's a bit like being a VW beetle owner

The Dogmother
Very secret squirrel Shona. I did suggest Omlet car stickers to James once, but I haven't heard anything...

Lesley
We need to devise a secret hand-shake, so we can identify each other in public! Doesn't the chicken poo down the front identify us?

Lesley
I don't do clean any more - if it isn't chickens then it's pigs - or dog dribble
theherd123
I don't do clean any more - if it isn't chickens then it's pigs - or dog dribble But you love it Lesley - you are living the dream! Guest
Sadly chicken poo IS a reality here, along with cat dribble. Pig poo I draw the line at though (I'm not sure the neighbours would appreciate pigs in the garden.....)
CannyCat
I think the idea of car stickers is great! And maybe keyrings with little diddy plastic eglus on?!
AnnieP
We had a discussion eons ago about other homes the boys could make... we all decided we wanted Hamsterlus! How cool would that be?? I love the keyring idea!
The Dogmother
I think the idea of car stickers is great! And maybe keyrings with little diddy plastic eglus on?! The keyring idea is fab cannycat! Why not email it to James, and remind him about the car stickers too. He was going to get onto the car stickers after he saw my BHWT one, and that was quite some time ago. Wouldn't we rather that he concentrated on the mark 3 just now, rather than messing about with keyrings and car stickers?!
CannyCat
Not if they're going to be a lot more expensive, no - I wouldn't be able to afford one!
Guest
Not if they're going to be a lot more expensive, no - I wouldn't be able to afford one! But just think how many Mark 2's would be flooding onto ebay, as we all tried to raise money to buy the Mark3!
One Man Banned
But just think how many Mark 2's would be flooding onto ebay, as we all tried to raise money to buy the Mark3! But where would the chickens live if we sold their houses to pay for new ones. Talk about Exchanging and Completing on the same day! Or is it easier with Eglus
theherd123
Or is it easier with Eglus One would hope so! No solicitors fees or leasehold/freehold contracts, not much packing, no crabby estate agents and no keys!
