I just got £7 for OH old mobile - he gets a new one at work every few years on a contract and was about to bin his old one, perfect working order, so I sent it to a recycling place

 

just google mobile recycling to find all sorts of companies and you can compare prices on uk-mobile-pages.co.uk

I've just done this with Envirophone - got £17 back.

You just put your details on the site with the model phone and they send you everything you need to post it to them and they either send you a cheque or alternatively you can have Argos e-vouchers (you get an extra £1 or so if you have the vouchers).

I'm going to do this as we have loads of old mobiles - mind you ES keeps a stash of our old ones in his bedroom - he seems to break his mobile quite often.

 

If I can muster up the strength to go in his room I will hunt them out

I looked on envirophone and my phone is only worth 39p! I thought I wouldn't bother in the end lol!

As mine is the very oldest of the bunch I doubt I would get 39p for it!
