At last, today my cream legbar laid me a lovely green egg, and it's huge! Along with her my marans and welsumer have also decided to start too so our egg skelter looks great!! Can't wait till the araucana and orp join in!!

 

I am as excited as I was on my first egg day!

 

EDIT TO ADD PIC...

That was certainly worth waiting for. What beautiful eggs. :clap:

 

 

 

How come everyone can take photographs of their hens eggs and make them look so beautiful? When I take a photo, I just get a photo of a bowl of eggs. No matter how hard I try I can't get them to look as good as others. :(
