HENthusiastic
I was at a party last night and didn't get home until 2am I am usually happily tucked up in my bed by 10pm ! I have felt horrible all day. Ive had a quick nap but still feel like a small slug trying to slime along on a gritty pathway . My brain isn't working properly . It took twice the usual time to clean out the girls. I havent done any of the hundreds of things I was looking forward to doing today What a waste of a precious weekend day And, I was only drinking coke a cola! Just wanted to share
Chickvic
Look on the positive side - imagine how bad you could feel if you'd been drinking alcohol! I hate it when you have days like that
Saronne
Oooh, I am the same when I don't get enough sleep. My brain goes very fuzzy, and everything seems to be happening in slow motion! I also feel more grumpy and hungry. You're not a pansy - just a delicate flower. Pansies are quite hardy! Saronne
Guest
Yep it's only post lighterlife that I@ve realised that 90% of a hangover is just lack of sleep. Now if I drink I stay in bed for an extra couple of hours - same if I dont drink!
ChrisP
I thought you were going to say hangover from hell! Although I've been on nights out and drank nothing (darn designated driver ) and I felt awful afterwards! What you need is a massive glass of orange juice, and maybe some more nights out so that you get used to it

Plum
Hmm pushing the extremes with coke a cola tends to have a soporific effect. Sleep well.
HENthusiastic
Hmm pushing the extremes with coke a cola tends to have a soporific effect. Sleep well. Well, it certainly was a bit soporific the next day, but was very un-soporific at the time of drinking! I was slightly wired and went to bed exhausted but experiencing a very strong caffine and sugar buzzzzzzzzzzz!
