Headchicken
They are 5 wks old today and have been making fieldtrips in the brooder out to my porch. Today, we decided to go for the cube!! The cube with the brooder in front My dog is incredibly interested in this new event! The girls; hoping they can transition to the Super Glug from the cage waterer They seem to be really enjoying it. They get to stretch their wings a little and flap around inside the run. They also seem to really enjoy the grub.

Headchicken
Molly (American Cocker Spaniel- 10 years old) has completely ignored the chicks in the brooder up until this point. Now that they are outside and she can practically "touch" them (and smell them up close, etc) she is very intrigued. She kind of likes to scare them. She'll sick quietly next to the run and then out of nowhere she'll jump and bark loudly; I think she likes to see them scatter! We'll definitely not let Molly out to the yard if the girls are free-ranging. She's incredibly docile, old, and sweet (would never harm a human of any size, etc), but I think she feels her oats around the chicks!
