A chickychickychick-ENN!! Posted March 17, 2009 Share Posted March 17, 2009 (edited) Have been bored of this 1980s lamp for ages. Can't find the same size lampshade anymore, it's so old. So I pimped it. I used the peek-a-boo lampshade (see my other lampshade post) to do the basics, but rather than faffing with the peek-a-boo bits, just used thin bias to cover the joins on the panels and fat bias on the top and bottom edges. Cheated and fabric-glued the whole thing. Took about half an hour. Wooh! Edit: half AN hour, not and an hour.
