The Dogmother
I use two teaspoons Emma, and it makes far less mess. I don't drink, nor do I like chocolate, but I make them with rum for family and friends, or with just orange peel and juice for the children. Sam
I don't need to google for recipes now, always find good ones on the omlet forum Just a quick question, has anyone made these and made these? How do they compare? I think I'll be making the ones with cream though tomorrow Thank you for posting the recipe.

Lesley
I've only made the cream version - but they are good!
Jules.
Just making some of these as I type, in between watching the Strictly final. I have my 9 year old in charge of the melting chocolate and I am enjoying drinking the Baileys
The Dogmother
I'm in mega production for the Christmas goody bags... I am making a rum version, and an orange version of these.
Lesley
I made a vegan/dairy free version the other day using Moo dairy free chocolate and soya cream - they worked wel, the Moo chocolate is lovely and melts well.
Purplemaniacs
Ooooo they sound yummy Well done for watching Strictly and making truffles, I was knitting frantically while watching trying to finish a scarf in time for Christmas. I always used to make truffles, not made any for years, if I get time I may give it a go again. Chrissie
Jules.
They are so easy to make, this year I left them to cool overnight in my porch & this made them a doddle to mould into rustic shapes for dusting in the cocoa powder
The Dogmother
Mine are in the fridge in bowls, waiting for me to find time to make them up.
