our excitement at getting our three chicks yesterday has turned to horror and

 

devastation!! Just returned from shopping and went to check on mum and chicks and there

 

was only two chicks there We presume one of the other chickens has pulled her

 

through the bars on the chicken arc mum is being extremely protective of remaining

 

chicks We never thought they would do this, we have now reinforced the chicken arc

 

with double layer of mesh . Good news is that one more egg is pipping So
