pepe
I have the winter shade plus one for my converter. We've had very heavy rain lately, as this is my first winter owning a rablu I wanted to see if it is normal after heavy prolonged rain for the rain to gradually seep through luckily I have some tarpaulin I can put underneath. Just thought I would ask if any of you have had the same problem.
chelsea
we are in Devon and over the last 48 hours we have had torrential rain (flooding and severe showers/lightning) I have the winter shade for my chickens and the run is still nice and dry under the shade despite the heavy rain - so no problems as of yet! The Dogmother
My older shades do leak slightly in heavy rain, but at this time of the year I swap over to the IKEA shower curtain option, which lets in plenty of light, but keeps the bad weather out. See my album (link in sig) for photos of it; they go back in the rain when it rains and peck around in there instead. The extra daylight helps to maximise egg production.
