Well as that looks identical to the parsnips I planted a while back, I can only presume parsnip!

 

Its an unusual plant though, as it likes to eat other plants, and frequently leaves its pot - a trait I'd never noticed in my veg before.

 

Also I wasn't expecting my parsnips to look like that, as very different from the ones I got in my veg box, but it was the first year I'd tried to grow them

Could be a mushroom perhaps:

Laetiporus Sulphureus maybe or even Grifola Frondosa.

 

You need to know your mushrooms to get these though
