Sorry - should not laugh - but I am. Ironically, I fed 6 corn snakes today and did wonder whether the mice were "to big" for the smaller ones. It has crossed my mind before if a snake would "burst" so to speak - now I have the answer. .

 

Did not have to feed the 5ft Royal Python - and would hate to stumble across one the size of that in the article Clare

Am snake phobic and had to read thread thro my hands in case of nasty pics. Don't they shed their skins - I take it it shed all its skins
