Griffin
a baby Brahma for their lap She'll not be able to do that for long They'll now walk up to me in the garden and demand cuddles. I'm so pleased because just a few weeks ago they were terrified of me, they much preferred their mum but since she's abandoned them, joined the big girls and started laying again they'll look more and more to me to be their mother figure. I love them all and I hope I've won the lottery tonight so I can buy a bigger house to keep them all!

teri
i think you won the lottery when you had your cuddly chuck! mine don't tend to sit on your lap unless you're eating then they all jump on!!! we have shared a pizza and a salad sandwich so far! i think i need to start making them their own portion
Griffin
I am very lucky in that a lot of mine love cuddles and will happily sit for hours. We recently had a man doing a lot of work to the outside of the house, he's kept chickens for years and he said he's never met chickens as tame and as friendly as mine He got to know them very well and he quickly learnt which ones to keep an eye on, he knew the second he left the gate opened and turned his back that Eliza & Primrose would be leading the gang to freedom He couldn't get over how crafty the pair of them were
