Raina, I don't know if its any help, but you could try phoning Ash End Farm about day old chicks.

They usually have a few hatching evry day, and sometimes have quail aswell, which are smaller so could be a better size for the Serama chick?

 

There are other places like Hatton country park, and there is a Hoar park, which is kind of Warwick way.
