Does anybody else ever feel.....Part # 7

Recommended Posts

Plums, Plums and more Plums. I never want to see another Plum (apart from "our" Plum). Well I say this now, but next year I'll be gutted when my tree has a Bad year. It tends to do well every other year.

However, I have Plums coming out of my ears. Plum Chutney, Plum Jam, Plum tarts, and still it is relentless. I have had over 10kg off it already and it still keeps going.

Even the girls have worked this out, and when left to free range run straight to the Plum tree to catch the ones that have fallen.

I'm going to end up looking like a Plum.

I don't even like Plums that much. OH loves Plum tart and likes Plum Jam and Chutney. I find Plum jam and chutney acceptable but would rather Bramble jelly and Courgette chutney.

Yet, it still keeps torturing me with its fruit and I can't bear to see it go to waste.

Why Plum Tree, Why :?:

 Sorry Debs

I'd leave them outside your house with a sign saying 'Plums - help yourself' or you could sell them.

Er, plum wine?

It just wants to be a good tree for you

You could throw them at your world domination enemies..actually no that's me s"Ooops, word censored!" that idea.

Have fun

...more invisible writing, hm, pity I don't know what to write..if anyone is even reading this

When I went collecting on thursday one of my milk customers had a plum tree with plums absolutley covering it! Me and the lady I go collecting with were forced to eat some of the plums, and then we were given some to take home with us.

I read it JJ

I live in a tiny cul de sac and know all my neighbours non of them cook  so if I left them outside they'd rot

I might see if OH can do an exchange for some courgettes or runner beans, we've had a bad year on those this year. I would like to say I don't know why but I do

Rose, Donna, Sarah-Jane, Peri, Leela, Romana and Grace. Oh yes, their ploy to break in to the veg patches and treat it as a self service buffet
