HENthusiastic
Thanks for all your advice. Hatching from Jenny is definitely off. I've told her to stop being so silly. She does not believe me that its too late though and when I remove her from the nest she makes the most incredible screeching noise I've ever heard from a chickn . As of yesterday about 5.30pm Fricky has still had no further chicks. Maybe I did freeze the poor little souls after all. I guess its too late for them now. At least she has one little blond baby. laurmurf
congratulations on your new baby, HEN! (and Prudence is a pain in the backside when she comes to visit, isn't she? ) (and there are some 'not quite so baby' babies here for you when you like! They're gonna be BIG girls!) HENthusiastic
Hi Laurmurf! You are right, but we have enough chicks, chickens, and ponyo chickens to be getting on with . I sent you a PM a few days about re Ponyo's did you get it? I can re-send if you didn't. (or are you just accidentally on purpose forgetting because you dont REALLY want to part with them )
laurmurf
no... no... not rescinding on our deal. Have been dealing with Ed with head trauma! The Lurker came back from Leeds fest with head injury, what with all the necessary babying AS WELL AS the necessary shopping to cart the child off to university - I've barely been on! The Ponyos are, and ever have been, YOURS! As many of them as you'd like: we're still sure there are 2 girls and 1 boy (and the Lurker and hellymisscloud are insisting that the other 2 are boys too, and I think they're right ) we need to arrange an adoption handover! HENthusiastic
Hi guys, sorry for neglectful state of updates. Fricky only had the one baby. Which is sad (especially as it may have been my fault ) but mother and baby doing well. Jenny was easy to break of her broody. She soon listened to me and gave up the job and has returned to playing out in the garden with Anita chicken.
