Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 10

Recommended Posts

Whoohoo I killed off the word association game number 13 (my favourite number)

And I started 14

.... one of my favourite numbers (well it is a multiple of 7 )

Went to town earlier and bought a new strobe light because the ebay one was rubbish  then halloweenified the house with candles, bats + skeletons everywhere. Then went + got 2 pumpkins and a couldron with a vaporiser and lights in it that makes a mist that lights up. The smoke machine is ready too

I still need to get a costume because we were in London so didn't order one - might go as ET

Anyone else doing anything on Saturday?

Hi everyone.

This early morning thing is making me want to go back to bed - it's so dark. Oh the curtain is still closed. Garghhh bright light, bright light! Actually it is dismally cloudy. :(

Squirt is perkier this morning, but I was greeted with a load of whingeing when I let them out. Why? The time is still the same for them? Daft birds.

I'm off to Mandy's farm for some veg and loads of spuds.

And do chickens eat pumpkin? No mine ruddy well don't even if I put some mealworms into the flesh, having removed some of the hard outer section. Arghhhhh!

So Lewis in answer to your question, DD is going to work at the hospice shop dressed up as a Ghostbuster, while we will hide behind the sofa and turn out all the lights so trick and treaters go away. Someone stole one of the Halloween masks from the hospice shop last week - how low can anyone get. Tis on CCTV and there is a note on the door saying that if it is returned they won't notify the police. As far as I know it is still missing.

Your "do" sounds very atmospheric - piccypiccypiccypiccies please young man!

Hi all,

Sorry I didn't say goodnight, my computer crashed :wall:

Well, I was supposed to be going to a Halloween party tomorrow, but I have been getting really tired in the evenings. I can't stay up past about 9pm

I have bought some funsize bars of chocolate in for any little uns that decide to come around, and have a pumpkin in the window, and I'll just make Phil answer the door, as he won't need a scary mask

Funny story, my FIL and I always wind each other up, we get on brilliantly but always have to out-do the other in insults  Well a few years ago on Halloween he had to drop some things off to us, I answered the door to him and said "Gosh little boy, thats the scariest mask I have ever seen" gave him a bag of sweets and shut the door!

When he got back home MIL phoned me laughing hysterically saying that she thought that was the best one ever.

He won't come up on Halloween anymore

Have opened the window, still boiling though. I've just had a honey and lemon, and have a glass of water by my side. My throat's really sore and I can barely talk, not that I have anyone to talk to at the moment. Being kept company by Radio 2, it's the first time I've ever listened to Terry Wogan from start to finish. Might have a shower, see if it makes me feel better.

Well I have just had a rather interesting phone conversation. The phone rang, so I answered (as you do  ) and the chap said he was calling as a public awareness which always makes me uber annoyed and suspicious anyway.

The conversation went something like this.....

Man "I am calling regarding the mis-selling of financial services products"

Debs "I haven't been mis-sold any financial services products thankyou"

Man "Lots of consumers feel that way, but we want to make you aware"

Debs "I am positive I haven't been mis-sold thankyou"

Man "Can I ask why you feel that way, as lots of people have had products mis-sold to them"

Debs "Because I used to be a financial adviser and I sold them to myself"

Man "Oh........ Ok then...... I don't know what to say"

Debs "I do... Goodbye"

 at Debs' FIL!

You should have played the phone man up and asked him questions

A couple of years ago I went with my friends to a really posh private estate up the road + people were giving us money instead of chocolate! We stayed on our road last year with our little neighbours but people were really grumpy + didn't answer the door

I'll get some photos, might look rubbish though  - need to go + get a massive red hoodie today for my costume.

Hope you feel better PT, you need some Koojie remedy 8)
