Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 10

Recommended Posts

 at my twin - poor him

Sorted it with school - Theodore + Purkinje are going in tomorrow, have some sweetcorn + mealworms ready so they best be good! I had them both in the side passage for a bit last night to get used to each other, they've been free ranging for a few weeks but seem to keep their distance. Theodore was a bit grumpy and gave a couple of pecks when P ran past after mealworms - but was all good so far :D

We did about co-dominance in the genetics of chicken feather colouring in Biology today, when she said it the whole room looked at me: "Whats and Andalusian blue?"

:anxious: I don't know

 Debs

You should know what that means, Lewis! ...not that I do either, but you know...

Hope Theodore and Purkinje behave tomorrow

Ah yes...mealworm bribary...works a treat (no pun intended)

Well...I am actually keeping on top of my homework for once....I'm very :D

This would be an Andulusian blue:

AndalusianHen.JPEG:)

Thanks :D I'll try and remember to get some photos this time  - might be a bit harder as the person who helped last time can't come (its her birthday) so someone else is coming, and Theodore is a lot bigger than a chick that you can hold in one hand and walk round all night

Just trying to think what else I need to take - have Omlet brochures, battery hen info, feed info (and bits of food), a few books, few odd facts and 6 eggs

The question is also do I take the eggs as is, or hard boil them? - Just thinking aloud (with my hands :eh::lol:) now and will probably take them as is so I can give them to the teachers who are after a few hens 8)

Get one (or two ) Laura 8) - I'd never heard of them before.

I try to be organised but it'll probably fall apart somewhere and have an escapee chicken

Happy Birthday Danny and looks scary Claire! - thought I'd said it earlier but am going mad :anxious:

Lovely looking birdie there.

Bah humbug, didn't get far up the motorway to get to Claire's. The newsreader on the radio said, "anyone going to see the firemen in Northampton - it's too late, go home." Well I said to myself, if only I had read Claire's thread earlier. :liar:

Night Debs.

Oh I'm not angry - just in a devilish mood - want to play practical joke on someone - but everybody is in bed. Never mind, I'll hatch a plan instead for tomorrow. Probably by that time I will forget.

Watched Merlin earlier - very funny. Haven't a clue who the actress was playing the troll, but she was brilliant. I did get some rude comments on how much alike we were (when she was the troll  ). I will get my revenge - mwahahaha.

Or we can wait till someone puts it on Youtube Lewis. You'll be fine.

  We almost had one last year when on of the CCL's made a flap for it ... straight towards the lung dissection :anxious:

It was really funny + thankfully he landed on the table

 Oopsie!

Well all quiet on the western front, so I am going to turn in. Just written a long e-mail to my Kannuck cuz - who has arrived in London, so we'd like to all meet up.

Oh yes

hello Kooojie woojie woo.
I feel the urge to go "Oh Shaggggyyyyyy hehehehehehehe" Oh what the heck I'll do it anyway.

Shame - you had to be here - it was a good impersonation and I'm ready for the call if they can't get hold of the regular guy. Why has my head grown big?

Hmm, nighty night - I may have to camp in here if my head doesn't fit through the door.

And just in case Murray is in here again - I gather he is not out tomorrow, bah humbug - hope everyone has a good day at work, school, college, home - and I hope to get to you all later.

Morning :) Well the road got opened at about 9 last night in the end, took ages for them to empty the drains and put sand over the oil and disel on the road and then sweep it all up again. Community support officers are supposed to be around over the next couple of days incase anyone needs to talk to them etc. The one that was about yesterday was a woman so not worth driving all this way Koojie

Thanks Debs :D Thats made me feel a bit better  No sign of any CSO's yet  There is talk that they may put a weight or size restriction on the road now. I hope they do as the road really isn't suitable for big lorries and even though there's a speed camera part way down the hill, things still go to fast. Yesterdays lorry wasn't speeding though, there is talk that it may have had a brake fail.

How mean not sending out some chunky hunkies! Morning all.

I am happy to say that I have successfully sneaked up on Erin and made her jump - then as she walked by my car I unlocked it from indoors so that the locks thunked as she walked by. I can rest in peace now. Mwahahaha!

Lovely morning, but I couldn't get warm last night - yet last year we didn't put on any extra's until our cold snap and I can't remember whether that was December or this February.

What fun Koojie

I also enjoy a good practical joke, a while ago Phil and I went to a castle. Phil said he was going to walk to the top of a tower, and I said I'd stay at the bottom in the grounds and wave. Well there was only Phil, I and the gardener there, so I waited a while after waving, and then hid behind the bottom of the eerie staircase. When he came down, I jumped out at him and scared the living daylights out of him

Then, I said I'd go up and he could wave at me, he decided he would try the same thing and jump out at me. However I am too clever for his plans and went another way and he jumped out at what he thought was going to be me :shameonu: and scared the gardener instead  He had to really apologies to this poor man as I was looking on in hysterics

What fun :D
