We've been to my sisters for the past two years so I panicked when I got the email today and just added £90 of stuff into my basket and checked it out to get a delivery. Got one for the 23rd. At least I can edit my order now at my leisure

I've booked my slot - just threw in 4 bottles of bubbly as I only had a few seconds to book and checkout and needed to get to £90 quickly :D

Are Ocado deliveries at Christmas as good as they normally are? Haven't used them at Christmas and DH has now got me wondering if I've done the right thing

I've used Ocado at Christmas for the last 3 or 4 years and I have never had any trouble what so ever :D

To go slightly off hilter, how do you find Ocado on Demand, they keep sending me emails but I must admit to not reading them properly. What are the benefits? I don't have a regular weekly delivery but every few weeks or so, so didn't think it would be worth it.

 

OH and I always go to Waitrose to do our Christmas shop as we like mooching around and picking up silly bits and pieces. I use Ocado the rest of the time though.

Ann, I like it because your minimum order only needs to be £40. They sent me an email recently to say that I'd saved around £80 in delivery charges so far. Plus, I can usually get a slot either next day or the day after if I've not been organised.

I'm very happy with mine as i got it for 6.99 so must have saved alot already as i was making up to £75 to get free delivery when i didnt need that much really!

Did mine last night. Last year we were supposed to be away for Christmas (skiing) but due to an injury we decided to stay home at the last moment. So I ended up having to do battle at the shops on Christmas Eve for the last remaining items. This year I'm determined to be organised so that it gets delivered and I don't have to fight for the last pudding!
