You can delete patches once the crop has grown - use the delete tool, which is a red spade

 

Once you have sown or ploughed,just click on the multi tool a plain arrow,so you can do other tasks.

 

All these are in the bottom right hand corner - I think you get all the tools right away rather than having to earn them

Sometimes when i'm ploughing, a yellow disc floats up then falls and disappears. What is it? Am i supposed to catch it? It looks like a giant yellow cookie.

You don't need to click it or anything,it just adds coins to your credit automatically - 50 or 100 usually.

The treasure just turns up every once in a while. It's a nice bonus, you don't have to do anything, it just adds to your coins total.

 

I can't believe some of you have got flamingoes out of your eggs! the most exciting thing I have got so far is a brown hen.

how do you hatch eggs?

 

Make a friend list of all your FarmVille neighbours. When you click on this it will bring up updates of everything they've been up to on Farmville, for example

 

"so and so has just discovered a migic egg in their chicken coop, would you like to hatch it?"

 

If you click in this link, you get to hatch the egg and what ever is inside it goes into your gift box.

A way I discovered for getting more money is to save up your gifts rather than putting them into your farm. If you save up enough unique gifts you'll get the Gifted, Not Spoiled ribbon which gives you a nice bonus . (Click on the ribbon beside the market to see how many you need.)

I seriously think I am in need of some friends! Maybe it's my perfume I don't seem to be able to get very far at all - let alone chickens!! Perhaps I am not cut out for this!!!

Henriette, just use all your money to ploush & seed as much as you can (you will need to work out how many plots you can do), & you will find that you soon get into a rythmn with it,& the money starts to add up.

 

It is a game that needs to be played for it to work,especially at the start

Henriette, pm me your fscebook name and i'll add you as a neighbour. In the early days of your farm you do need to speculate to accumulate but it will get bigger and better. I only had 4 neighbours at the start. Just make sure you visit your farm at least once a day.

Am I the only one who stresses about the living conditions of their Farmville animals ? All my animals are getting overcrowded but I can't possibly sell any - they're my pets .

I know what you mean. I now have 4 dairy barns cos I didn't want to have too many cows in each one!! Just wish I could have more than one chicken coop.

 

Did have a big clear out at the weekend and sold loads of animals. Now I feel really guilty!!

I had a big tidy yeaterday,got rid of lots of animals & trees that I don't like.

 

Just as well - I now have space for the new REINDEER!!!!!

 

If you play via Farmville.com,your same farm still comes up, & there are exclusive lovely gifts to send people,like a grape basket & log bench (hint,hint)

 

By the way,I hate going to visit others farms to see their animals all crowded & their crops dead....sad or what?

Not sad at all, dead crops sadden me too I might try playing via their website this afternoon because I'm getting fed up with the slowness of it on Facebook, it keeps hanging for about twenty seconds whenever one of the 'share the wealth' etc etc boxes appears. Infact it freezes all of Firefox when it does that, very annoying.

I had to create a new enclosure for all my reindeer . I have a "Clumsy Reindeer" with lights on his antlers . Anyone else got one?

 

I'm saving hard for the next size of farm so I can increase my animal pens. Not terribly cost effective .

 

Does anyone else use their seeder or tractor? It's annoying how you don't get more fuel even though you have 2 vehicles . It runs out too quickly .
