Our very own allotment

Recommended Posts

I just had to post on Omlet as I know you will all understand the excitement. I have just been to look at our very first allotment plot. It is only a small one and in a bit of a mess but it's ours and for less than £10 for the year. Bargain.

I didn't have time to take photos but will next time I'm there.

Now to decide what to grow on it...must resist urge to buy every packet of seeds.

Yay. :D

Me too :dance::dance:

you have a good headstart on me though mine is Huge 66FT :shock: and has been worked until recently so in great shape except for the DIY leaning shed of pisa full of rubbish :lol: still never mind my head is still boggled with all the possibilities of where to start and what to grow. I did bump into a allotment neighbour and said that as I keep chickens I will have plenty of manure to share :) He suggested I would be a very popular neighbour :lol::wink:
