milli
I just had to post on Omlet as I know you will all understand the excitement. I have just been to look at our very first allotment plot. It is only a small one and in a bit of a mess but it's ours and for less than £10 for the year. Bargain. I didn't have time to take photos but will next time I'm there. Now to decide what to grow on it...must resist urge to buy every packet of seeds. Yay.

Me too you have a good headstart on me though mine is Huge 66FT and has been worked until recently so in great shape except for the DIY leaning shed of pisa full of rubbish still never mind my head is still boggled with all the possibilities of where to start and what to grow. I did bump into a allotment neighbour and said that as I keep chickens I will have plenty of manure to share He suggested I would be a very popular neighbour
TheGirlsMum
Just been given a fantastic Christmas present my very own half allotment Ive been told Im not allowed to go down until after Christmas so that it can be tidied up, so I will be taking pics then and lots of planning to do now, working out what DIY projects hubby will have to do first.
