I posted on here in September about my wedding dress supplier and what an attitudinal (ahem) she was, how I couldn't get hold of her, how she didn't order one of two wraps I had requested, how she told me two weeks before my wedding when it was too late that she couldn't get the second one, and then how she unpicked the wrap which she did have for me.

 

I've just found out she went bust four days before my wedding leaving several brides high and dry. I went elsewhere and got my dress sorted about a week before she went out of business.

 

I feel very lucky as she is totally unscrupulous. It could so easily have been me. There's a host of brides out there in bits because they can't get their dresses and have nearly no time to get other ones, and other brides who took their dresses back for dry cleaning and will never see them again.

 

Taking the money and running out on such important days in people's lives is so low.

 

Her name is Zoe Ward. She ran Renaissance Couture in Maidstone. If she pops up again anywhere in another guise, avoid her. She is a selfish, evil, immoral (ahem).

Glad you went else where. Feel sorry for the others though, how awful for them after all the effort and heart-ache that goes into finding the perfect dress.
