A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Cool! I used to live near a forest and the roaming cows sometimes used to take a wander into town to eat people's prize rosebushes. Got to love cows!
The Dogmother
There's a little village on The Gower called Fairy Hill, it has gates and cattle grids at each road entrance as the livestock all ranges free. If you don't want them eating your garden, then you have to make sure that your fences are in order! It sure makes for interesting driving! chickencam
I remember the chaos that 1 cow caused running up and down our lane a couple of years back. That many would have been interesting
Alis girls
Cows are scarey en masse. was chased by some when pregnant. they probably thought I was a cow - certainly was big enough
Egluntyne
When we lived in Stockport, we were always having our back garden invaded by herds of cattle. They had to wander over a railway line to get to ours.

Egluntyne
They make a far better job of trashing a garden than chickens ever could....and the poo! Oh my!
Sunshine
This happened at the farm next to my house. The cows escaped from the field and started walking around the village. Most of them ended up on the housing estate though. One man who is very garden proud had to have his lawn re-turfed because of the mess the cows had made. One of the cows ended up getting hit by a car and about 15 of them were running up and down the track outside our house-luckily we have electric gates! It started of being funny but when no one could reach the farmer because he was at his daughters farm doing work there and these cows were still ruining peoples gardens it became reality. Its not happened again though. I like cows but they have to be behind a fence. The cows on the farm have now been put away for the winter so its safe to walk through the fields again.
