miffy
I enjoyed this program, despite it making me feel old!! I thought her story about leaving school with no qualifications and how she developed her interest in food was rather inspiring.

chickenNutter
Cracking, can't wait to try the duck with morello cherry jam and red wine.
Lavenders_Blue
Cracking, can't wait to try the duck with morello cherry jam and red wine. I can heartily recommend this! I cooked roast duck for Christmas Day (Marks & Sparks - not Delia!) and made the morello cherry and red wine sauce to go with it. I'm a veggie, so didn't have any of the duck but I did try the sauce and it was LUSH! And super easy too which is a bonus
Purplemaniacs
Cracking, can't wait to try the duck with morello cherry jam and red wine. I have never cooked duck, after seeing the duck with morello cherry jam and red wine I thought I might give it a go. Chrissie
WarrensWorld
We have the first (BBC) editions of Delia Smiths 3 volumes. They're not worth anything, as there's a sample of every recipe on every page..... Delia rules OK........

Fantastic, will make sure I get to see them - thanks ...lay a little egg for me - Unfortunately we are not entitled to use i-player over here - we don't pay for UK TV licence, which is fair enough.
