That's very true, and that would have been a real loss! And nor would I have found the wealth of advice on this website..

By the way Pansy is now fully integrated with Kipper but definitely knows her place. We always say that Kipper is Pansy's official food taster....

Pansy is very refined.(as one would expect given her broughtens up)..if you give her sweetcorn she delicately eats it bit by bit...Kipper, on the other hand stuffs as much in her beak in one go as she can, so that she can boot Pansy out of the way and eat the rest of hers too!! (We sneak some more to Pansy later when Kipper isn't looking!!!) I will post/e-mail some photos when I get round to downloading them from my camera..I've been terribly disorganised lately!!!

xx

It doesn't have to be so expensive. I suppose you are paying for the styling with some housing, so it's going to be a bit pricey. I love the framebow coops as well, but ultimately I want a WIR.

Framebow do a WIR too...it was on show on their stand at the National :)

However, I know that I'm full of cold and old and senile but didn't someone on here order a framebow and it didn't arrive on the numerous occasions when it was promised and then the company threatened allkinds if the thread wasn't removed.

:?

By the way, if this comment has to be removed for similar reasons, don't worry, Mods.

There was, and it was lovely :D

... and expensive! They were near the some other WIR panels like ours which were half the price - one of the reasons I managed to get ours, my comparing the 2 costs

Tasha, did you do AS business studies too?

The number one priority for any business should be customer satisfaction, if they get that right, everything else should follow suit.

I did :D

My last job was as a National Customer Service Manager and I am therefore passionate about good service and wont use a company that doesnt offer it no matter how much I like their products, I am always writing to companies about their customer service
