Egluntyne
Definite tracks in the snow this am....and I'm sure they belong to the fox....they look just like the tracks on my avatar. Interestingly, they skirt around the Eglus, and don't go up to them. Does this mean that the Foxwatch actually works! Will try to take a photo later. Lesley
I hope it is the foxwatch that is working. We have fox tracks and Carl met the fox head on yesterday lunchtime, but no tracks around the chickens runs. We're hoping it is the electric wire that is working properly. Sheilaz
The snow gives you perfect evidence doesn't it? So, it's good to know that in both cases they are being stopped in their tracks.
Egluntyne
Here's a not too brill pic. Had started to thaw by the time I got my camera out. Evidence though!
Egluntyne
More fox tracks this morning...including on top of one Eglu, with signs of an attempt to dig! Thank heavens they are on paving slabs. Oh...and there was lots of interesting yellow snow too!
Lesley
Does that mean that your Foxwatch does not work?
Egluntyne
Well...I was hoping that the cold had caused it to seize up.! There were tracks yesterday, but skirting round the Eglus, not actually going up to them. We'll see!
