Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 16

Recommended Posts

You know the answer, wear an extra jumper each in your house, and don't put the heating on

In seriousness, is there a room where you can not put the heating on?

Debs :shameonu: Why did Lewis not think of this?

Could go in the spare room or the study because the radiators are always off, but it might be a bit cold  - will have a look, only this is we wouldn't see them all the time :)

It was fine last time, but that was October, so maybe the heating was always on low?

Hellooo again. Didn't see the footie, just saw a bit of the cricket the other day though. Hope you enjoyed your outing Debs.

Took Erin to Farnham this afternoon looking for the cake shop place. Found it, not many parking spots, turned round drove back and around the town again just to be the right way round in the bays (parking was free for 2 hours - not bad). Walked a little way to the shop and had a good wander round. There were lots of people there and it was quite busy. So she now has a proper rolling pin, a proper paste board thing, some chocolate to make more of the goody bits that were done the other night and wire to put her flowers on. I'm expecting something good out of this!

Anyhoo while we were in the shop queueing at the counter I looked outside and said ooh that cloud looks evil. So as we were leaving I heard thunder. That's it toe down quick march! :anxious: Erin said she didn't know I could move that fast. I said it was because I don't like being out in storms and the idea of lightening up my bottom was enough to get me going. So driving back home was absolutely awful - windscreen wipers nearly flying off they were going so fast and still it was hard to see. Aquaplaned a tiny bit on the steep hills going down. Not nice - and yay straight towards the lightening and I could even hear the thunder over the noise in the car. Thankfully Erin had stopped adding to it so I could hear the window rattling rumbles.

Ooh Lewis and the incy. Incydinkydoooo! Sorry!

Steve just doesn't work. He'll have to change his name to Bob. I insist! I can be bossy too.

Ahem. Murray had his hair cut today. I told him that they should use a microscope to find it. Honestly why go and have your hair cut when it's already short and getting perilously thin enough to have to wear a hat in the sunshine. Sunshine? What's that?

I'm thinking DIY and use the strimmer. I cut Ciaran's hair and mum's hair - they are happy with the finished bit (even if I'm not), Erin chops hers, I do my fringe and the other day I trimmed the long bit. I'm sure I could do half a dozen fronds no problemo - and it won't cost £14 either! He has to go to the hairdressers barber section. There's a proper barbers across the road and it only costs half what he pays.

I blogged about it when they started but can't have done because its not there, so now don't know what day they're due!:wall:

I'm sure its been longer than a week, and they only take 2 to hatch - am leaving them to it this time, rather then messing :)
