Christian
In my old terraced house, I had a watering system for the veg plot and pots on the patio. It would come on at 10 every night. About 5 mins before it came on, frogs would start appearing on the patio, waiting for the water That is brilliant & so cool! I would have loved to watch them take a shower It was amazing! You could set your watch by them. 5 mins to ten, you would hear movement on the gravel, as the slimey things gathered They would eat all the slugs and snails that would could out for the water! bronze
I find them fascinating. Last year on another site I wrote a sort of frog blog. Froglets are so cute but tiny I'm sure I've run over hundreds with my buggy.
Popcorn
...and it then falls in the food, which sticks to it It does Paola.... I always feel a bit sorry for them when that happens. Still - makes them a bit tastier for the chooks eh?!
Looney
Lorna, that's brilliant!Did he stay? My brother (my hero ) stuck his hand into my hair and grabbed the mouse....which then gave him a really nasty bite The poor mouse was last seen flying through the air followed by droplets of my bro's blood! Surprisingly, I found the whole experience much more amusing than he did
