Wii fitness - how are you doing?

Recommended Posts

Just wondering how people are doing. I've fallen into the pattern of doing 15 mins on Fitness coach, and then 30mins on wii fit plus.

I had a month or so when I stopped altogether and I felt sluggish, I was surprised it would make a difference. I've tied it up with some swimming - real swimming where I actually get wet, and I think it's going well.

I've not been able to do any since I injured my knee at the beginning of March. I really miss doing it and have put on about 5 lbs and feel very sluggish. My knee is improving so hopefully I will be able to get started soon and I'm going to do some sit ups every day now to get me started.

We've now got the board too so will be interesting to see what my wii age is. I'm thinking its not going to be good.

I bought the wii fit plus earlier this year and for a few weeks I was spurred on by the new games/challenges. Problem now is I haven't been on for about 3 months and keep putting it off as I'm sure it will make a sarcastic comment

On a positive note, I think the Just Dance game is great - really tiring and energetic but fun and it doesn't make you feel guilty by telling you how many days since you were last on...

I bought Fitness Coach and set it all up did the initial assessment about 2 months ago and haven't been near it since

My girls have Just Dance maybe I'll have a go on that.

There just aren't enough hours in a day.

I'm not surprised - I've just seen what you've been cooking today, no wonder you don't have time :D

It's not just the cooking it's the eating that then does the real damage.:lol:

2 biscuits eaten by way of quality control one light brown one darker, just to tell me that the lighter ones could do with a couple of extra minutes. I will obviously have to test them again later :anxious:
