freddie Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 I've been a bit quiet lately, due to rather a lot on at work; I've been draughted in to sort out a problem at work, (on 24th march) due to the manager being escorted off the premises, suspended on full pay, with big investigation going on It's been a long path, but we're sorted now. Unfortunately, the manager is still not fired, and should be. I'll tell more (!!!) when I can; it'll make you all squirm, promise....... Then, dear hubbie had accident on Tuesday this week, as a piece of equipment blew up in his face, and nearly took his eye out.; He was belted off to A & E, and has been told he's astonishingly lucky to have kept his sight, and that he can do Nothing for the next 10 days, no lookng down, lifting, etc etc(basically nothing other than sit or lie) until the vessel behind his eye starts to mend....... He looks like Terminator So..... I get to do Everything... it's not improving my mood, I can tell you!! today we contacted the Co that made the design error equipment, and so lengthy discussions will begin.......... I hope he rest as is told and his eye heals quickly.
