So, here they are.Three Salmon Faverolles and one silkie. All 4 together for the first time. Little one with it's back to us is the one I helped out of the shell. Yep, I can already see a bit of colour on 2 of the favs wings- hoping it changes as they grow, cos what I can see at the moment looks black! I had that trouble with my Favs and wheaten Marans (colouring is very similar). The thing is the girls have white and grey amongst the orange feathering and I've found it hard to tell initially what is black and what is grey. LOL, after studying them again this morning , I've convinced myself they are not so much black as grey/brown. Will just have to try and be patient and NOT look too hard for a few more days.
