summer legs

Recommended Posts

Another milk bottle here too!

Some people think I get a slight tan but it's an illusion as my freckles just come out and gang up!:lol::lol:

I use a self tan/tinted moisturiser Dove product on my legs, it's called something like 'Summer Shimmer' and works really well - just a little colour and doesnt make you look like an orange!

Me too, my freckles multiply and join up to to create a tanned look. The Dove stuff (Johnson's do one too, I think) is great for my legs. I find it adds just enough colour to help them match my arms.

I've spent a lot of time in the garden over the past week because I've had an op on one of my feet, i haven't really had anything else to do. Of course I put a high factor lotion on. Anyway, went to hosptital yesterday to have stitches out and when the nurse took the bandage off it revealed a gorgeous hairy ankle and a brilliant white foot! So at least I know I did get a tan on my legs because on one it stops at my ankle!

I can tan, but have to use a high factor lotion so I don't burn first.

I've inherited my fathers lily white freckley Irish skin  I don't tan, I don't get burnt, my freckles multiply by 1000000000000 and I end up just looking like I haven't washed  We spent a week in Majorca recently and Mr Griffin quickly resembled one of the locals  I am deeply jealous of his ability to go brown. The Italian blood in my pedigree failed me miserably in the skin department
